Welcome to TRVL Care LLC. We provide non-emergency medical transportation services.  By using our website or opting in to SMS communications, you agree to this Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.        

•  Types of Messages: ride confirmations, reminders, updates, account notifications, and important service announcements.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary (typically 1–2 per scheduled transport).
• Cost: Msg & data rates may apply.
• Opt-Out: Text STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to (949) 864-6254 at any time. A confirmation message will be sent and  no further SMS will be delivered unless you opt in again.
• Help: Reply HELP or contact us at (949) 864-6254 or stephen@trvlcare.com.
• Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• No Marketing: TRVL Care LLC does not send promotional or marketing texts.
• Consent Not Required: Consent to SMS is not a condition of receiving transportation services.

•  Name, phone number, and email (for scheduling and confirmations).
• Pickup/drop-off details (to deliver transportation services).

We do not share your personal or mobile information with third parties  for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.  Your data is only used for TRVL Care LLC business operations  (scheduling rides, sending confirmations, providing customer support).         If aggregated or de-identified information is shared, the  purpose of such sharing will be clearly explained.

We do not transfer your personal data to external organizations for marketing or promotional purposes.  We implement strict policies and security measures to prevent unauthorized sharing of your data.        

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from TRVL Care LLC at any time by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message you receive. After you opt out, you will receive a  confirmation and no further SMS will be sent unless you opt in again.
